tell everything thats wrong with my routine

hey guys, starting a new workout plan for the off season. trying to bulk up for the first 12 weeks. please critisize my routine as much as you want. dont hold anything back. i want to get this routine perfect


First 6 weeks -------two on one off two on two off

Monday------chest/triceps/biceps
Tuesday------shoulders/legs/back
Wednesday--rest
Thursday-----chest/triceps/biceps
Friday---------shoulders/legs/back
Saturday------rest
Sunday--------rest
And so on

Second 6 weeks-----three on one off
Day 1est/triceps
Day2 legs/biceps
Day 3 shoulders/back
Day 4 rest
Day 5 chest/triceps
Day 6 legs/biceps
Day 7 shoulders/back
Day 8 rest
 
1 - Thats not a routine, that is a split. What movements are you doing? How many? Sets? Reps? Intensity? Rest intervals?

2 - Thats an awful split. For one thing you're pressing at least 4 times a week, and for another youll be training 6 days a week for half of it. Why? Random assortments of body parts thrown together on one day isnt how your body functions.

Without more information thats pretty much all i can say, but i will say dont bother posting the rest of that program. If the trend continues it wont be too good.

Read the stickies in the training forum and learn how to put together something balanced :thumbs:
