hey guys i would like views one this workout program. monday,wednesday,friday-arms 12 sets each supersetting bis and tris. sunday,tuesday,thursday- supersetting chest, back and shoulders-8to12 sets. i do these workouts with cardio after usually about 20 min. worth.if i have time i do cardio again in the evening. i guess what i am asking is some feedback on this program. i am trying to lose fat and gain lean muscle mass.i also stick to a pretty good diet program while also taking supps.tell me what you think.

absolutely horrible you have one doy for arms all by it self, and you do chest/back/shoulders all on the same day?!? Were are the legs.

needs a lot of help. A LOT!

Start with the training 101 stickie. There is a lot of valuabel info in there that will help you get on the way to achieving your goals.

Trust me, you don't want to know what I think. Please read the stickies immediately. Then follow that up by reading the stickies in the diet forum. I have a feeling that needs help too; I'm skeptical about you "sticking to a pretty good diet."

Wow 3 direct arm workouts a week + another 3 workouts a week where arms get hit heavily. You will have some HYOGE guns bro if you keep up with this routine. A+

You know its seriously bad when somebody spells 'huge' with an 'O'.

Go read the stickies on training and come back to us.

find a heartrate monitor....
record your average HR and cals burned doing your arm workout.
Do a full leg workout (including squats...perceived effort) record the average HR and cals burned.
Do a full back workout (including heavy deads...perceived effort) and record the average HR and cals burned.

see the difference?

im going to change it up i will post a new plan after while for yalls comments. thanks for all the feedback guys.
