I can normally get throught Dumbell Shoulder press and military press 4 sets each and 4 sets of side Lat raises before my shoulders hurt and burn so bad it almost brings tears to my eyes. The funny thing is , is there is no pain while lifting and the pain will only last about 30 min then it is gone. No pain the next day either. I recently strarted taking some glucosamine just to see if that will help, Any other suggestions?
