Temporary but Severe Shoulder Pain!

I can normally get throught Dumbell Shoulder press and military press 4 sets each and 4 sets of side Lat raises before my shoulders hurt and burn so bad it almost brings tears to my eyes. The funny thing is , is there is no pain while lifting and the pain will only last about 30 min then it is gone. No pain the next day either. I recently strarted taking some glucosamine just to see if that will help, Any other suggestions?
 
Sounds like you're getting a pump from the workout, but there's not enough room in the shoulder joint, and it's causing you problems.
Google up some shoulder stretching routines, see if that helps.
 
Shoulder pump. I get it every Thursday. Burns like fuck. After my last 28delts set i know its coming. Try to get my bag on my sholder and out the gym door before it hits to bad. Hurts to shift the truck into drive when leaving gym. 20 min drive home, and all is gone. May be crazy, but I know I killed my delts as long as I get this pump burn.
