weight 220 pounds and 13 % bf
Training for 8 years, 6 years with proper form and diet
previous cycles were......
1)sust 10 weeks 400ml
standard pct clomid/Nolvadex tamoxifen citrate
2)d/bol weeks 1-4 @ 30mg
sust weeks 1-12 @ 500ml
standard pct clomid/Nolvadex tamoxifen citrate
3)dbol weeks 1-4 @ 40 mg
Test enth 1-12 @ 500ml
clen at end of cycle max dose was 100
standard pct clomid/Nolvadex tamoxifen citrate
current cycle
Test 450 weeks 1-12 @ 630ml
Test enth weeks 12-16
clen start at max dose 100 maybee go up to 120
T3 taper every 4 days up to 75 or 100 will see and taper down slow

tue....... back, biceps abs
thur...... legs,hams,calfs cardio 30 mins at end
fri........ morning cycle to work 25 mins,shoulders and triceps 30 mins cardio
sat...... rest and a bit of abs at home
sun...... chest, traps and heavy deads
my goal for this cycle was mass and did i gain some, is my best cycle so far, went from 192 pounds 12% bf to 220 pounds @ 13% bf.
am now 215 pounds and 12.5%ish bf
my question is have been on the t3 for over a week now, weight change is there but have reduced calories so it would be, want to know should i start clen now or last 2 weeks of cycle, or week 16 of to week 18 of cycle then pct at week 19. dont want a rebound in weight gain as ive herd that you can from the t3???
when will the t3 be at its most effectice rate??
any help would be great???
