Dude, Foreman is right, 1500 cal is way too low for a guy of your size. Try to take in 1.0g-1.5g of protein per pound of estimated LEAN body weight. 2500 cal per day is more like it, with a cheat day. If your calories are too low, you will lose lean mass right along with the fat.not doing a "diet"
