I stopped posting for a while because I was just getting sick of seeing the same crap time and time again.
Broskies. I'm sick of them. I hate them and everything they stand for. For those of you unfamiliar with bro-school, these are the guys in our gyms who train "bi's and tri's" on an almost daily basis; these are the guys who train upper body 90% of the time, then use leg extensions to "balance their training"; these are the guys who think a calculated diet is 350g protein from supplements and the occassional can of tuna; these are the guys who, despite countless efforts backed up by proven research, refuse to accept that arms can grow without curls and kickbacks; these are the guys treating advising others in the gym to use the pec deck to isolate and create striations in the inner chest; worst of all.....these are the guys CURLING IN OUR SQUAT RACKS.
What would you all like to say to the broskies? I consider this training related because it will basically serve as a what not to do for, let's be realistic, at least half of our incoming members.
