"The Avengers" is still two seasons away from being released, but the first official trailer for the superhero blockbuster has hit the web.
As the two-minute clip opens, Loki from "Thor" bellows "You were made to be ruled," as New York City is shown coming under attack. "In the end, it will be every man for himself."
One by one, each of the charcters flash on-screen -- Captain America (Chris Evans), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Iron Man (Robert Downey, Jr.) and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) -- as Nine Inch Nail's "We're In This Together Now" plays.
