The Breakfast Thread

What did you have for breakfast today?


Here is what I had today:

2 cups of organic whole grain oatmeal, with a packet of stevia, and a dash of skim milk.
1 can of chunk lite tuna.
1 peice of flaxseed bread topped with avacodo.
 
1/2 cup oatmeal w 2 tablespoons ff vanilla yogurt, one egg, tea.
 
3 homemade saugage and egg biscuits and 25oz of milk.

Roast beef and turkey sandwich w/ lettuce and tomato.

oats .75 cups
whey 10 grams
natty pb 1 tablespoon

1/2 cup oats, 18oz milk, 1 scoop whey, 2 tbs natural pb, and a banana.

Blended.

Good.
 
1 cup of oats with 1tbsp honey
3 whole eggs + 2 egg whites
2 slices of bacon
1 cup of mushrooms
1 onion
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1 glass of orange juice
 
4 Fried eggs, 3 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 pancake, 5 sausage links, 1 glass of chocolate milk, 1 glass of skim milk.

I love bulking.
 
1.5c oats, .75c skim, 4 egg whites, 1/2c Cottage cheese, 1 tbsp flax seed.... mmm pancakes :D
 
50g porridge oats
50g sultanas
125ml of nat yog
1 teaspoon of honey


Will
 
8 strawberries
Ex Lean Ground beef 5 oz and Whole wheat spaghetti with A small amount of Portabella mushroom tomato sauce.

50g Pumpkin Flax Cereal
3oz 2% Milk
Multivitamin/mineral
Green Tea

Normally I have the following as my breakfast/pre-workout meal:
8oz Orange Juice w/ 20G Brewer's Yeast
1/2 cup Oats
1 Scoop Whey
Multivitamin/mineral
Green Tea

Yeah, I but it at Whole Foods market.

I buy both Flax Plus with pumpkin seeds and Hemp Plus with hemp seeds. Really tastey, although there is a little sugar in them. It's reasonable though (Like 6g a serving or so). Go to the following site and scroll down the list near the bottom:

That seems like alot of sugar. All of their products seem sugary.

Quick question, keep seeing a lot of 1/2 cup of Oats. Where do I get this a place like Whole Foods, or does any Grocery Store sell them. And what the hell they look like...lol they come in a bag like hamster food, or like cereal.

yeah just oats in a regular store... probably in every super market

they come in cylinders, at least the ones i found, for about 3 dollars a piece with 15 cups worth

a choclate shake with peanut butter and those oats is real good..... not that i have that for breakfast though
