Ive been dieting for at least 2 days now and ive realised that to cut up for those bodybuilding contest you need to cut out as much fat as possible...No chocolates or sweets...and especially no easter eggs!! But most of all it is important to distinguish between carbs and protein. Which is the one that you will benefit from the most? Protein of course. Protein is filled with as many amino acids that you can think of...these are the ingredients that will breakdown the protein and fuel your muscle. So to cut we must avoid over indulging in the fat anf the carb department!
