the diet tips to prepare for contest

Ive been dieting for at least 2 days now and ive realised that to cut up for those bodybuilding contest you need to cut out as much fat as possible...No chocolates or sweets...and especially no easter eggs!! But most of all it is important to distinguish between carbs and protein. Which is the one that you will benefit from the most? Protein of course. Protein is filled with as many amino acids that you can think of...these are the ingredients that will breakdown the protein and fuel your muscle. So to cut we must avoid over indulging in the fat anf the carb department!
 
Wow - I didn't realise I needed to distinguish between carbs and protein! I was just going to eat carbs all day! Thanks Konan, I owe you.
 
at least 2 days? damn, that's almost 3 days.
 
nice one konan my last diet only lasted a day,,u must be hardcore,,,,,this forum would fall apart without the wealth of knowlege konan brings
 
Who said you had to cut fat? That's a horrible idea.

don't forget to eat as much fruit and dairy as possible.... and the last week raise the sodium intake bud... u'll be ready in no time

That is quite the realization. I never would have guessed that chocolate wasn't good if you were cutting for a bodybuilding contest. You are such a genius.
