The difference between whole eggs and egg whites?

Hi guys, i need to know the difference between those two. Also, how do you cook them? Do you ever eat scrambled eggs or omelets? ...or am i wrong here?

Another thing is how do you guys cook oats? Never had them before..

the whites don't have any fat in them.

i eat my oats raw because i can't stomach them cooked. otherwise you nuke em in water, or boil them.

May i ask why u felt the need 2 open a new thread on eggs when there is already one going strong? The question has already been asked ---How 2 prepare? and -- What is the difference between Yolk and white? why not ask your egg questions there?
