Hi everybody! (Hi doctor nick!...lol...sorry ) I'm Crash I'm an Ex-post whore here at IM, i'm 21, and a Pre-med student. I go to school and work on an ambulance as an EMT. I really like IM and everyone here....I'm addicted like luke . I've been working out for about 6 or 7 years and its done me nicely i weight 220. But i've been sick as of late and haven't been working out much. I'm happy to see all the new faces here but i don't know many, and a little more about me, I am the least serious guy you'll ever meet and love joking around most my posts are jokes and I like it that way! But i can be serious when it's time.

There are more members here that wish they were in shape than actually are in shape. It's refreshing to see someone just have fun without bullshitting everyone. And some of the women who post here look as if the only weight they lift is the toilet lid before they puke up their food.

My name is Billie, I'm 26, and have been lifting off and on for a few years, but just got serious about it a couple months ago, going 5 or more days a week. I am a newbie here, but very addicted, I love reading all the posts, and joking/cutting up with everybody. I have been married for almost 3 years to a great guy I work in a factory where we make car seat tracks for Ford/GM/Honda etc..right now we are working 7 days a week, 11 hours a night

Is that you in your avi? I'm michael, I'm a freshman in high school. I have been strength training sence I was five years old (push ups pull ups sit ups). I have been weight training sence I was 11 but only seriously for 6 months. I gained 22 pounds of muscle sence then. All because of this forum.
