interesting read. I think bodybuilding will always be a sport that maintains it's appeal to a specific part of the population. You really aren't going to see a couch potato fat ass sitting there at the Arnold giving pointers on what a top competitor should do to improve.

However, in fighting, boxing or MMA, fighting is so basic, and so instinctual even guys who don't train, and never will think they are somehow qualified to Monday Morning Quarterback Rose Namajunas on what strategy she should use against a killer like Johana.

I enjoy both for extreme effort and dedication both sports take. Don't think i'd ever go to a bodybuilding show myself as I tend to keep my training and interest towards MMA, but there was a time that i read all the magazines and dumped my money into supplements more than just Protein, and creatine......
