Someone had told me that it was possible to make amazing gains if you gave your body a lot of rest. He said sleeping for more than 11 hours a night would bring your body into an anabolic state more so that if you had slept for 6 hours...which wud create cortisol therefore making you catabolic! How many hours do you guys sleep for and does it make any difference in your gains? Also, does this hinder your chances of allowing peace in yourself?
