ok, heres my new workout, in its entriety, any comments and suggestions are appreciated.

Monday:
Chest:
bench press 3 sets 8-10 reps
incline bench press 3 sets 8-10 reps
dumbell flyes 3 sets 8-10 reps
cable cross overs 3 sets 8-10 reps

tuesday:
Legs:
squats 5 sets 10-12 reps
leg press 5 sets 10-12 reps
lying leg curls 3 sets 10-12 reps
standing calf raises 3 sets 10-12 reps
seated calf raises 3 sets 10-12 reps

wednesday
back:
lat pull downs 5 sets 8-10 reps
chin ups 3 sets 8-10 reps
cable rows 3 sets 8-10 reps
bent over rows 3 sets 8-10 reps

thursday
shoulders
barbell press above head 5 sets 8-10 reps
side dumbell flyes 3 sets 8-10 reps
rear dumbell flyes 3 sets 8-10 reps
upright rows or shrugs 3 sets 8-10 reps

friday:
triceps:
headcavers 3 sets 8-10 reps
straight bar pushdowns 3 sets 8-10 reps
dips 3 sets 10-12 reps
Biceps:
Standing barbell curl 3 sets 8-10 reps
concentration curl 3 sets 8-10 reps
hammer curls 3 sets 8-10 reps
*20 minutes of cardio 3 times a week.

what do you think? can anyone recomend substitutes for the following exercises: dips, cable cross overs, and possibly seated calf raises, but whats a seated calf raise? thanks.
 
My honest opinion is that it sucks, sorry.

-Your working out 5 days in a row
-The first three are major muscle groups
-You've got 14 sets for shoulders, a small muscle group that gets worked with back and chest
-Your doing more for Bi's than tri's even though Tri's make up 2/3 of your arm size.

There's more but those are the biggies.

Have you been doing something like this? Are you doing 5 day in a row workouts now? if so, hows it going?

no, i was just thinking about starting this. but i got it frmo muscletech.com a while back,and you know everything they do sucks.
