The progress I made with HGH and also wanted to get some feedback on the next step...

I have been working out the past year and a few months consistanly not on anything starting at 250lbs sloppy. 4 months ago I got down to 235 and at that time I was working out (weights & cardio) 3 days a week. 4 months ago I started doing Riptropins at 3.3 IU's a day M-F and 40mg of Anavar daily. I also stepped my cardio up to 5-6 days a week and started a clean diet. 3 months later I weighed 218 but put a lot of muscle on and started getting a little more defined in areas and at that point I stopped the Var completely. I continued the Rips and literally 3-4 weeks I got down to 204 and maintained the muscle getting even more defined. Right now I just started my 4th kit and will continue to do 3.3 IUs a day until I can reach my goal weight of 190-195. It may take a little while but thats my plan. Right now I am fluctuating between 204-208 so I have some work to do. I just recently added a thermogenic called LipoRush taking 1 capsule a day to see if that helps.

I wanted to see what you guys thought about taking 17mcg's of T3 a day and maybe 20mcg of Clen a day while on the GH. Clen makes me have the worst headaches and cramps known to man no matter how much water I drink so I would have to keep it at a low dose and have tried T3 in the past and dont want to exceed any dose hire then 17mcg's if I even take it. If I do take these with the GH will I notice loss in muscle? Should I even add these and just continue with the GH by itself although it will take a little longer to get to my goal weight. I have 4 kits left and will take the remaining 4 and on the last one I will incorporate some anavar again.


I just wanted to get some opinions on what you guys think I should do to lose this last bit of weight without losing any muscle. Thanks for your feedback. I do appreciate it.

i hope your diet is in line.

anyways, for clen cramps people usually load up on taurine, id suggest doing that. I wouldnt use t3 cause its very catabolic
 
My diet currently goes as follows - Monday - Saturday I eat like this: Meal 1 - (3-4) eggs 2 yolks scrambled with a multi grain english muffin, Meal 2 - 2 scoops of Iso 100 protein in 20oz of water with a serving of almonds, Meal 3 - 8oz Chicken breast, Broccoli, and half a sweet potato, Meal 4 - 2 scoops of Iso 100 in 20oz of water with a serving of almonds and Meal 5 - 8oz chicken breast, salmon or lean steak with asparagus or broccoli and as much water I can drink daily close to a gallon if not a gallon. Sundays I cheat but I try to eat at least one clean meal and spread the cheat meals over the day for 4 meals.
 
T3 is catabolic as fuck man. Don't take it. Even on high test and tren it's catabolic (to me anyway)

Isnt 25mcgs of t3 about what a normal person produces?

im pretty sure 25mcg is a tad more than the average person produces

And it's not even just a matter of calories in, calories out either.

T3 is a hormone involved in practically every function in your body, even protein synthesis. Unfortunately, it accelerates protein degradation at an even higher rate than that of protein synthesis. So you can pump as much tren as you want into your body, but your muscles are going to have a real tough time so long as you're on supraphysiological doses of T3.

Good luck. I wouldn't even bother.
 
sounds good. I wont bother with the T3. I will def take some taurine for the clen cramps.
 
If you do use T3, don't go about 50mcg daily and use some form of muscle sparing anabolic. HGH isn't enough.
