Yes a little. And yes a gross majority of us here have some tissue growth.not a big deal

I recommended what HeavyIron suggested once, running 20mg nolva split into two daily for 3 months. Blasting letro sucks.

Thanks again guys, I am going to take all of this great advice and put it to work! I will be posting more photo's in 12 weeks and hopefully we will see a bit of a change in muscle size and titty size!

Thanks Warrior, I am 5'11, my goal weight is 210-220 shredded, time will tell!

On another note, would you guys say that I have pretty good genetics, or just OK genetics? This is always brought up between my dad and I, my ENTIRE family is pretty heavy, but me..I swear I am adopted! Do you think my body will be able to even get up to 220? I am sure with the right drugs it's possible, just some things that are always on my mind!

IMO you have above average genetics. You have added over 40lbs of lean mass just in 2 cycles! I could only wish of doing that, I might have added 40lbs after 2 cycles, but it wasn't lean!
You are on the right track, just keep it up I have no doubt that in 2-3 cycles times you will hit 220lbs.
Keep growing and stay lean.

With your current stats, if you keep up the way you have been going and growing, with proper diet and training....you could get to 220 easily without any drugs, it can be done all natty bro.

Honestly, while gaining 44 lbs in one year is good, he could have made those same gains in one year DRUG-FREE!

He looks to be about 6 feet tall. Anyone at 6 feet tall can EASILY get p to 190 lbs drug-free...EASILY!!!! And...they can do it quickly.

When I first began serious training at age 22, I was 168 lbs, very lean, at 6'1. I added 41 lbs (went up to 208 lbs) in 12 weeks DRUG-FREE. My BF% went up only a few percent. Ii would say at least 35 lbs of it was 100% lean weight gain. Within a year I hit 230 lbs...still drug-free. During that time my bench increased from 225 X 6 to about 350 X 6. Mt deads went up from 245 for reps to 405 for reps. All my other lifts increased comparably.

Too many guys today turn to drugs almost right from the start, when in reality most can gain between 30-50+ lbs of muscular bodyweight within just a couple of years...without drugs...by utilizing smart training, nutrition, and non-steroidal supplementation. However, most people fail in the area of nutrition. It takes the typical guy YEARS to learn how to eat for BB'ing the OP is a perfect example. He said he went up to 170 lbs with SD, but ended up losing all of it...eventually hiting an all-time low of only 146 lbs at one point. Had he continued eating the amount of cals required to maintain 170 lbs of bodyweight, he would have kept pretty much all of his gains.

Remember, we only lose our gains because reach a point where our natural hormonal environment is no longer capable of supporting the muscle we built with AAS, but in the OP's case, his body is EASILY capable of supporting 170 lbs of lean mass without drugs, so he certainly could have kept his gains. The ONLY reason he lost all his gains was because he wasn't eating enough to maintain them...period. Sure, you might not be as strong, vascular, or full when you stop using SD, but in terms of actual muscle fiber, he could have kept basically all of it, so long as he had continued eating the required amounts of calories.

By the way, the OP doesn't have gyno either.

Mike i completely agree with you, if i maintained proper diet i would have been fine, a little too late for the natty thing but i hear you loud and clear brother

Now that you know the importance of calsories in gaining...and keeping muscle mass, you have the power to affect significant change in your physique. Remember, the bigger you get, the more you will need to eat just to maintain your gains. This is a permamenent thing. If you want to weigh 190 lbs, you need to eat an amount of cals required to weigh 190 lbs...and if you want to weigh 220 lbs, you need to eat an amount of cals required to weigh 220 lbs...and you will need to consume this amount of cals forever, day in and day out. If you decide to cut back your food intake for just a short time...you will rapidly lose muscle mass. This is what makes BB'ing difficult...because most people aren't willing to eat all the cals it requires to get big...and they especially aren't willing to continue consuming that amount of cals year after year.

I am sure you could hit 220 lbs relatively easily if your diet is high enough in calories and you train intelligently.

Congratulations on your exceptional achievement! What a great accomplishment that is so rewarding, the clear reflection of sheer determination and utmost dedication at best. Stick with the lifestyle and blast past an boundaries that stand in your way, with that being said you'll be able to tackle any challenge in life that comes your way..Nothing in life is more rewarding than a physical and spiritual transformation!

Far as a possible onset of gyno.. Only you really could assess if there's any or not, a simple inspection in and around your nipples for mass or sensitivity is really the only way to get your answer here... I see nothing.. The question is, how do you feel?
