After years and years of training what i truly discovered is that only experience can help you improve. With years of experimenting with different routines and training methods you will learn about your body and how it responds to various training techniques and you will learn how to train better and get better results ..of course we all give advice here and there and this is good ..but you have to be in touch with your body and this is acquired only with experience and years of training.
Iknow myself that after 35 years of training i am still learning and this is why i am still improving. UNFORTUNATELY many young body builders today have no patience and will start AAS early on and the downfall is that they will never be able to learn about their true body ( since their body is not anymore the same) and will never get the experience and the feel of what training method is good for their body ...and do not really have the time for that....and soon they will discover that they are not improving anymore and that they depend on AAS.
You have to give yourself time and years before even thinking of AAS. You cannot cheat time. There is no shortcut.
