Thanks for the help bud. I hate those pictures, they don't begin to show the progress I actually made. I think I'm gonna stick to this for another couple of months and try to get where I wanted to get in the first place. Seems like dropping the fat gets harder with every passing birthday but I WILL get rid of those damn love handles!!! Thanks again. :thumb:
