C'mon guys!! Try the "Voodoo press"!!

Check it. This is where I bend over in front of you and spread my asscheeks. You make a nice tight fist. Cock back like you're bench pressing, and pretend you're doing a 1RM attempt. Then, just ram it forward like your life depends on it. Don't worry, I do this on a regular basis and I've never had anyone's fist stuck up my asshole for more than 4 or 5 hours. Don't bring lube; I don't use it.

I would lift the barbell as i would if i was working my chest...the key to this exercise is to imagine that you are lifting over 500 pounds of weight. Imagination is the key to all your gains. Visualise yourself and the technique and soon you will be able to master it!
