I've recently started taking 25mg of ephedrine pre-workout. I haven't really noticed much of a "boost". How can i safely find the correct dosage for myself? I have 25mg tabs... would jumping up to 50mg be too much? Or from 50 to 75?

Mean, E is a terrific nutrient partitioning agent.

btw, meancuts... i am cutting, but dont really want to take a stimulant throughout the day. just need something to keep me at a high intensity for my w/o.

I'm not saying it isn't but when I take E for a long period of time it's effects become weaker as expected and even if you take more it doesn't seem to be as good and I'd rather save it for my cutting

I hear ya cutting definitly saps your energy level.PS if you drink coffee take your E with that works great for me and saves the money on caffeine pills.

Its effects as a thermogenic do not become weaker. Studies show that, in fact, they become stronger.
That said, if you are using it as a stimulant, then perhaps cycling would be best.

I can't stand the taste of coffee unless its got lots of cream and sugar in it.
Suffice to say, i dont drink much coffee.![]()

Then there you have it. No need to supress appetite when bulking.
BTW, I do cycle, and I never get the extra energy anymore.

Nutrient partitioning, is, IMO the most significant aspect of bodybuilding and totally misunderstood. Over the next year expect the community knowledge in this area (and what supps significantly impact it) to be vastly different.
Successfully partitioning nutrients will mean the end of cutting and bulking, as you could achieve both, simultaneously.

btw, if you see this, Jodi...
I noticed in an old thread that you had tried Adrenaline - how'd that work for you?

That was a year ago and since then I've stayed clear of thermos. I had to stop taking these too. Doesn't matter what I try I get the jitters and my heart races. I hate em all. Thats just me of course cuz I think there fine if they work for you.![]()

Thermos aren't for everyone that's for sureIt's just too bad more people weren't as smart as you and could tell when something wasn't for them.

Actually, aspirin is useless, except perhaps in the clinically obese.

Personally, I love the jitters!.

No, its based on studies that showed it worked synergistically with the E (as the C does). Those studies only apply to the clinically obese, and it got blown out of proportion.
