Can anyone recommend an isolate that has no carbs, MIXES NICE N' THICK, and tastes good???
Thanks;)

hey jill try isopure. you can get it with no fat and no carbs but i have to warn you that i doesnt taste that great i mean its ok i have tryed the mango peach, strawberries and cream, and the alpine punch. those werent too bad if you put it in the blender with water it will be somewhat thick

Isopre is good.

Now Foods has a whey protein isolate shake that tastse really good.

Mollecular Nutrition makes whey protein shakes called "whey fruity" because they are all fruit flavors instead of your typical choc and vanilla. they are isolate too.

to make the shake thicker just use less water.

Honestly I don't know. I am always skeptical of most supplements as I don't really much (aside from a multi, flax, whey and creatine and ALA when dieting). it has a lot of stuff in it. I would just go with normal 100% creatine and spike my insulin levels. That has always worked best for me. Whenever I tried out some of these other hyped up products they never did much for.

Maybe someone here has tried this and can give you some feeback. just get your diet in order and the rest will follow. that is the best advice I can give ya.

PVL Whey Gourmet is really thick, but didn't you tell me about it? I love that stuff, although it's kind of pricey compared to other stuff I get. Definitely delicious though when I'm sick of chocolate!

be careful about whipping it up too much in the blender. sure it'll get thicker but be careful, you could end up getting protein wall paper paste instead.:p
