I'm thinking of starting to take creatine, but I'm not sure if I should. I've only been lifting, eating right, and having a good amount of cardio since mid-november and I've seen some nice gains just by changing my diet and having whey shakes.
Is this something I should wait to use until it's more difficult for me to make gains? Are there any adverse affects as long as you take the right amount?
