thinking of trying a cycle of m1t

Hey guys... I've been kinda sitting back and mostly reading... but now I wanna go and try some m1t. I wanna know if any of you guys have any tips/suggestion for beginners? I've only been natural so far... so I wanna know what can I expect? I'm already eating a lot and bulking right now. Thanks for the info guys.

I am on my fourth cycle of M1T right now. It is a strong anabolic. Suggested starting dose for a beginner is about 10mg ED taken whenever you want.

It is known as a rather harsh compound and is, imo a very poor choice for a first steroid cycle.

Common side effects include reduced libido (hard shutdown), hair loss, chance of gyno, quite a bit of liver stress due to it being an oral methylated compound, very bad lethargy (want to sleep all day), high blood pressure/nose bleeds, cholesterol issues while on, very strong appetite suppression/overall feeling like crap. You may also have a tougher time for pct. It's effect on joints is usually not good. Typical cycle length for M1T is 3 weeks, which is nowhere near long enough to get a lot of good muscle gains. You need something you can run longer. You may experience many of these side effects or only a few.

On the upside, it gives good strength gains/cns stimulation and quite a bit of bang for your buck in terms of muscle. It is also dirt cheap. I think you would do much better with a 12 week cycle of test enanthate or cypionate dosed at 500mg each week. This is the standard first cycle for a bodybuilder recommended on most bodybuilding message boards (and with good reason).

Alternatively, there are better options available if you want to use orals or prefer to do something that is not yet illegal. Particularly, many people like Phera-Plex or one of its knock offs and have run it as a first cycle. It is not terribly harsh considering that it is methylated. Some people report few side effects from it.

M1T isn't a good choice for a first cycle. You learn quickly on a compound like that though! For many reasons, running testosterone alone is much better.

What are your current stats right now? It is easier to give suggestions if we know what kind of condition you are in now.

I've been body building for the past 3 years. I'm at 275lbs and 22% body fat right now (training for a powerlifting competition... so my fat is a lil higher). I pretty much eat around 8000 calories a day.... 400+ grams of protein. I also take creatine and a bunch of other natural supplements... I'm not really at a plateau yet and still growing but I wanna increase my gains and go to the next level. My long term goal would be to become a pro BB and do some strongmen competition for fun. My main reason so far for choosing M1T was that I have 3 bottles of it... and its easily accessible for me. I haven't looked into anything else mostly for that reason. I also live in Canada... so a lot of online orders and shipping I wouldn't trust.

Wow, 8000 calories a day, how do you find the time? You are only taking in around 1600 in protein, how do you make it up to 8000 calories, if you dont mind me asking

I wish I could eat that much
 
I constantly eat... it runs up the bill... but its quite basic... you wanna grow... you eat. I eat a lot of oatmeal, eggs, pretty much every kind of meat and always carry protein bars and shakes all over the place.

I built a lot of size with m1t over some cycles but now that i haven't done it in 2 years ive really shrunk. Another thing is most of the gains you make on cycle are water and its really hard on the kidneys/liver. Drink a boatload of water. I suggest keeping cycles to only 2 to 4 weeks and 5 to 20mg. I tried some crap from bodybuilbing.com brand it was horrible and nothing like the legal gear brand which was quality stuff.
