I am starting PCT for my second cycle, which netted me 22 very solid pounds. We'll see what I keep as PCT progresses, and, of course, during my off time until the third cycle. I lost a lot of weight after the first cycle, keeping, according to the scale, about 7 pounds, but I looked completely transformed, so there was some fat loss and muscle gain unaccounted for in the simple weight calculation. I was leaner this time around, so if I drop that much weight this time, well, we'll see how it goes.
Cycle one was the simple test (10 weeks) and dbol (3 weeks), and cycle 2 was test 600 wk (16 weeks), deca 300 wk (12 weeks), and dbol. I threw some Winnie in at the end for a few weeks (weeks 12 through 14, about 3 weeks) just as an experiment. I loved the way I leaned up while gaining weight at the same time, but I did not like the way my joints started hurting (the Deca had gotten rid of all my pain). I was not really using the Winnie for its intended purpose as a part of my cycle, but experimenting to see if I might use it in a future cycle.
I figured I should start planning the late spring/early summer third-ever cycle right now.
I was thinking test and deca in a little higher dosages this time, with Anadrol instead of dbol, but I would really like some input from people here who have gone through my level (3rd cycle) and either loved what they did for their third cycle, or haved learned something that they would have done differently. Tell me what you think I should do, based on my goal below.
As a goal, I would like to get to a lean (10% bf or so) 220 pounds. We'll see how possible that is after I lose whatever weight is going to come off after this second cycle. I am of course close to that now, but it is time to come off and recover natural test.
