Well, a very high percentage of suicide attempts are nothing more than a cry for help.....and usually a pretty feeble one at that.
I've seen some that were down right pitiful. Like the 400lb. bastard who attempted to hang himself under his cot in the local detention center.....with a shoestring.

Or the woman who attempted to slit her wrists with a plastic butter knife.

For the record, in most cases I have no sympathy for suicidal types. But when a kid is involved, its a different story. Somewhere down the line, somebody failed this kid.

Sad isn't it, I mean look at his pictures in the video I linked. He was just a socially awkward kid who must of been very screwed up in the head. I was gonna type something similar but since he is dead and wont be offended I decided to let these people feel better about themselves shitting on the memory of a dead 13 year old, hell danny got banned for a thread about an old woman getting hit, and these people are making it a night at the laugh factory over a tragic death.

Come on people. Do you think this was a normal kid like you or your kids? That kid had serious psychological issues. The kid didn't kill himself because he couldn't play his WII. He did it because he was suicidal and had parents who neglected him. How the fuck do you not know your kid is that fucked up? Pure and utter laziness as a parent.

A little loony, he had an outburst one day breaking glass in school prompting the school police to arrest him.
A kid punched him in the balls (it wasn't the first time) and he went bonkers. I would too but because of his history he had to go see a shrink....they say he may be schizo...I'm hoping it's an act he putting on.
He is different though.

I think AD HD has always been out there it's just that it was never diagnosed the problem.

Or maybe it's something in the air.

Re: your son.......ADHD is all too often diagnosed these days...IMO. I don't doubt that there are legitimate cases, but Docs seem to use this as an excuse to calm every jazzed up kid with pharmaceuticals that they're getting incentives to prescibe. Schizophrenia doesn't usually show up 'til the late teens/early twenties....from what I've seen and remember.
The boy is probably just taking after his Dad.

As far as suicide goes.....for in many cases those who are the most troubled usually appear perfectly normal/un-troubled because they have made the decision to end it all. In fact, many seem damn near elated just before they finish things.
That's what makes me question the situation with this child. His pic's show a perfectly normal kid....a little geeky, but happy. Kinda makes me wonder what was really going on behind the scenes. My gut is telling me something very bad was going on......but I'm not psychic, I'll never know.
