OK..first of all Im 6ft 1 .. 220 lbs. I have alot of muscle..but alot of fat as well. I really wanna lose the fat more than the weight..but i know the weight will come with the losing fat. Tell me if this routine is pretty good.
now im only going to say monday's routine because my main concern is the length of the workout..which is the same everyday.
Monday
5:30 am (run for 30 minutes)
work
3:30pm
-Chest/triceps
* treadmill (10 minutes)
* Flat dumblee bench press 3 x 15
* incline barbell bench press 3 x 10
* cable pec dec 4 x 15
* skull crushers 3 x 15
* cable pushdowns 3 x 15
( now this workout barely lasts 30 minutes. And I know weight lifting bruns fat. I was wondering if this is normal or should I make the routine more rigourous and intensive to last say about an hour or 2)
then at 8:00 pm I jog for 30 minutes
