Hey there, thanks for the welcome Mr.DiMaggio(Prince).
I've read alot of the posts and advice and info given, and I have learned alot about diet and exercise,training,new recipes,etc...just wanted to say keep up the great stuff, Ok enough of my ass kissin j/k.I have two other posts up where I just need answers or some insight on what else I should be doing or if I'm doing something wrong. One post is under the Newbie section title Newbie goin to Boot Camp soon in need of some help and advice! and one under the diet and nutrition section titled Seaman Diet! both are pretty much the same posts. Anyway current stats are 5'8'',160/14%BF,1900-2100 cal/daily. pretty good shape,lean everywhere except for midsection and a little on torso area. Here is also my workout schedule:
Mon:Upper Body; Chest,Biceps,Triceps,back. Push ups(120),sit ups(200).16 min. HIIT on stationary bike.
Tues:30 min. moderate intensity jog/run
Wed:Lower Body Squats,leg extensions,calf raises,sit ups(200),16 min. HIIT
Thurs:Off
Fri:Upper Body Chest,shoulders,neck,forearms.Push ups(120),16 min.HIIT
Sat. and Sun: I alternate every week one week it's Sat. the next it'll be Sun. and I do a 30 min. moderate cardio jog/run.

Any advice or comments would be appreciated,thanks.

Yeah, do let us in on your goals.

I think your calories are to low, whether you're cutting or bulking, for that much exercise. You can PM me or if I remember to check back here, I'll offer more help after you give a little more info.
 
Goals

Well I have a couple of goals I want to accomplish, mainly I want to get rid of this extra fat around my midsection, even at my skinniest (145) I still had fat around there, pretty much trying to get a 6 pack, but as of right now it's a 4 pack.Also I want to add more lean mass or muscle to my frame, I'm pretty lean and toned all over my body except for the area mentioned,just want to add a little more muscle. I know it's tough or damn near impossible to bulk and cut @same time without the use of steroids(which I intend to never use), So first I would like to lose this spare tire, then add more, unless you guys suggest otherwise,thanks.
