I have been on a dedicated cut now for 29 days with NO cheating, not a bite or a meal. I am 6', 190 pounds and around 15% BF. i would like to get down around 180 by May but the past week or so I feel flat and actually have lost no weight.

I am eating Protein/Fat meals all day and taking in 100 grams of carbs pwo in 2 seperate meals. On non training days I get 0 carbs. I do fasted cardio at 140 BPM 6-7 days a week. I am eating 10-111 times body weight (1900-2100)

The problem is that I used to have huge cheat days for 6-10 hours every 7th day and lost 1-2 pound a week all the time. Now, withou cheating is my body losing tons of muscle?

No carb diets are not a good choice in my opinion. But if you must....
Incorporate a "refeed" day every week or so. Essentially a day where you eat a lot of carbs and protein but not a lot of fat. Something about glycogen stores in your liver or something I don't know the details about it but it does work.

I'm sure someone will elaborate on this, or you could do a search in the forum on re-feeds.

I like cheat meals because it throws my body off balance. If dieting constantly the body becomes aware of this and will do all it can to preserve itself and muscle loss seems inevitable as it takes energy that the body doesn't have.
