has anyone ever expierenced this pain at the end of the colar bone after lifting and if so what did you do to help it, I have been reading that it could be stress fractures in the bone causing it to deteriorate, ouch. Just start some tren/test and now im dealing with this shit, help.

Which end of your clavicle is the pain located? Your acromial end attaches to the acromial process of your scapula and causes a pretty severe pain in the shoulder if it becomes partially separated( known as an AC joint separation) the opposite end attaches to the clavicular notch on the manubrium of the sternum. Damage here would cause a pain in the chest region along the attachment point of the pec muscle there and possibly into the front of the neck due to the attachment point of the sternocliedomastoid muscle being located there. I don't know for certain but I seriously doubt its stress fractures in the bone but most likely a separation of one of the fused joints at either end or a tendon tear at one of the muscle bone attachments there. The only way to be sure is to have xrays or ct/MRI to see what's up.
