how many mins.do you guys spend in the gym to get a complete work-out building mussle in mind?i have been told any more than 35mins is a waist is this true i feel its a bit short and rushed?
it's ususaly an hour and half for me ..that includes doing my abs or calf muscles
same here. I can't get done in under an hour regardless what day it is. I don't understand how people can get everything in in 30 mins.
well the easiest way to explain is to share so here is what i did today for 3 and 3/4hours with one training partnerWhat do you do for 4 hours? I don't even work out 4 hours a week...
trapzilla....i have to question the weight your lifting if you can do 30 sets with it, christ what are you squatting??? 10kg?
If that works well for you, then that's great. I think it's funny how two work outs can be so different and both yield results. My leg work outs are like this:
ATF squats 1 failure set
Front squats work up to 1rm
Leg press 1 failure set
Then 3 days later I do something like
Deadlifts 1 failure set
cleans work up to 1rm
farmers walks 2 sets
And I've been getting exceptional results lol, weird isn't it?
