Time of day making huge differene??

Yeah I would force myself to shit before morning PT. After a while it just became regular. PT was so intense most days if I didn't shit I really would have shit myself. The best thing now...I do cardio and if I got to shit, I stop the treadmill and go shit.lol

It sucks having to stop your workout to take a dump. But there is no way you cant just hold it. lol
 
I think I read somewhere that earlier in the day is better because you have more free test in you system or something similar.
 
i cant train early in the morning to me its like trying to go for a long journey in your car with barley any petrol...
 
Well I figured out how to make this morning workout thing work-

wake up eat and chug water at 1am and 4am
25mg ephedrine
300mg caffeine
5 mins of sprints pre workout.

I was sweating a good amount and felt fully warmed up when I started my chest workout. got the 120lb dbs for 21 reps on flat bench. I haven't done that since my last cycle. my whole workout was sick and very intense. leaving pools of sweat on everything, veins popping out and everyone in the gym looking at me while I worked out. I had that crazy look in my eyes and I missed that so bad.
My body def LOOKS like its in the middle of a tren-test-mast cycle but today it ACTED like it.
