This friday the 22nd I'm leaving for 1 week on vacation. So that means no gym for me. I wont have access to a gym for 1 week so what cold I do to keep my muscle's and my strength the same?

I dont know how true this is.. but when I went to vegas for a week.. I came back to find out that my bench as actually went down, took me about a month to regain the strength that I had lost(this is after 2 months of training from my last break, so maybe thats why I lost the numbers I had)
