tips to hit high calories

hi, i was wondering if someone could give me advice on some food that have a high calories but arnt too filling. im having trouble eating so much food so often to try get a high cal/protein diet to bulk up. also what foods are best to eat? surely i dont want to be just eating a load of junk food?

Any nut including peanut butter, chocolate milk and olive oil. You can add like 2000 calories to your daily intake with these 3 and barely notice.
 
peanut butter sandwiches it is then! lol. i do snack on nuts throughout the day on some days aswell :)
 
Have some milk with those sandwiches and you'll be set.
 
Olive oil, heavy cream, nuts and nut butters. Fat is where it's at.
 
I have this problem too. I work construction so while im working the only chance i get to eat is lunch and on the drive home. I know its not ideal but on working days I eat three huge meals and like 2-3 small meals
