I have classic symptons of overtraining I think.
My diet is good, plenty of water intake etc but for the last couple of weeks I've been tired and 'achy'.
I've been training 6 days a week mixing cardio and weights for about the last 6 months so probably need a break.
WHAT I HAVE DONE to REMEDY:
Ok, I want to get over this so I have taken a break from training for about 3 days, and I've had some refeeds, basically eating a bunch of pasta on top of what I normally eat.
Day 3 and I'm still pretty tired and was wandering how long I should rest for, and If I should continue to 'refeed' or just go back to my normal clean diet.
