Through observation and some sherlockin' I've come to the conclusion that naps has pretty much doubled their order volume since January. Starting February, they've been processing about twice the amount of orders as usual...literally overnight.
This would put a major wrinkle in the operations of any business, anywhere. I'm positive naps has been doing their best to handle the growth, but keep in mind the nature of this business. It's not like they can just put ads on craigslist and hire 20-50 new people to help out with the new increased volume. LOL!
There's a very good reason for this increase in volume as most of you know. A lot of people who were using another large source came to naps when the other source went down. Naps seems to have picked up the majority of business from that source. Great huh? Except that has it's own set of problems in the form of growing pains.
I've not really experienced any delays in my orders, but I know a lot of others have. Be patient. I can tell you from years of experience, naps is solid. Look back on other forums where they have garnered years of feedback. They've had a stellar reputation for years. They are the best in the biz. I've been using them for probably 4-5 years without any problems *knock on wood*, as have many others. I and thousands of others can tell you that naps is not out to scam anyone, take anyone's money, keep anyone's gears, or anything else. They want to keep their solid rep intact.
Naps will come through, and they will make everything right. Your order from February is one in 10,000. You don't see 10,000 different people on here complaining do you? So know that the majority of stuff is getting through, and yours will too. Sorry it had to be you it happened to, but it will all smooth out.
Also, GXR is a great guy and a solid naps rep. He will work with you as will naps support. Give them time though. Don't send an email or PM and make a thread because they didn't get back to you in 24 hours. Remember, you're one of 10,000...not that your order isn't important, rather they are extraordinarily busy. Give them time to find out what is going on with your order and then get back to you.
