Hey guys whats up.
Im starting to bulk at the moment, and will be doin so for the next 3 or so months, and then cutting for a couple of months before summer hits here in the land down under.
I was wondering if I should be doing one or two cardio sessions a week to try and keep my fat level down when bulking. I have found that I have put a little bit of fat on around my waist lately, since I havnt been doing much cardio at all, I'm sure my alcohol intake has something to do with that aswell.
I concede that I will put abit of fat on during this bulking period, but I would like to try and keep my six pack in some sort of order.
I was thinking of adding two 20 minute high intensity runs a week, what do you guys reckon?
I would like to add about 6 kilos in the next 3 months, and then cut back to like 8 percent fat or something like that.
Currently im 5"9, 70 kilos, im guessing about 12 percent fat? I will attach a current pic of myself so you guys can see.
