I usally start my diet right around now but my weight training has to be put on hold right now I have gone through surgery for my shoulder and i have to rehab for a good 5 weeks. I was wondering if it was a good idea to start my cut now or wait untill I am 100%. The only exercises I can do are the leg press, curl, ext. No exercise that put strain on or pressure on my shoulder. I have about a good 10 pounds i was looking foreward to lose.
