I just wanted to say good job

Obviously a lot of crap have been going on the last couple of days over the whole foremanrules BS. a lot of members have been pretty negative at how this site is run this last couple of days and you guys have been really mellow at how you have handled it. I think it shows class. Too many times ive read ignorant posts about "a cetain mod" and it shows they have an opportunity to speak their mind without getting banned. something they are apparently fighting against.

Prince you run a good site here that lets people, talk on a wide range of issues, and learn about health/fitness. Its appreciated and keep up the hard work you and the rest of the mods put into it

this sounds made up to me, from what I understood, he has been accepted into the mowie mowie tribe that are located deep in the south american rain forrest. he is working on the annihilation training routine where he benches and squats 700lb tree trunks. his diet is mainly fresh fruit insects and small animals.
