Check out spot injection.com its easy you wont have any problems bro i pin shoulders all the time no longer then 1 inch 23 gauge will work best with 25 gauge being a good 2nd choice.

There is an actual medical study (i.e. no bro-science) that compared delt injections vs glute injections using deca. When the delt was used for the injection only half of the actual compund was absorbed as compared to a glute injection. I'll dig up a link to that study..

I only use delts as a last resort..
