first post. Greetings. I'm here to get consistent, and one of the biggest problems I'm facing is that I can't get settled on what my immediate goals (1-3) months should be training and diet wise. I'm unsure if I should train and eat for mass, or cut down and then build. I've been doing 5x5 for a week and a half, currently
Squat: 275
Bench: 225
Dead: 345 1x5
Throw in accessory movements after every workout.
No cardio.
diet is eggs, steak, chicken, broccoli, peanut butter, oatmeal, coffee, protein powder.
weight is at 205, no idea what BF is though.
trying to upload pics, but attachments aren't allowed.
So basically, if someone with some knowledge could look at the pics (once I upload), and give me some suggestions, it'd be much appreciated, as I feel like I'm suspended, training and diet wise.
