what happens. the reason i am asking is because im doing prop right now and ive been switching ED shots back and forth between delts. i really want to move to a new spot but the shit hurts. and i dont know if i can take that pain in a different muscle. i tried quads and could barely walk. i dont know if any other spots wold be better or worse? any ideas. it seems that the delts are nice for the painful shots cause i dont use them as much as say quads or pecs or something. anybody have any spots that they like to take the painful shots in?
If you inject fequently in the same spot you're going to end up with more scar tissue makeing the next injection more difficult then the previous. Keep alternating sites.....delts,glutes, traps (little hard to reach)
you have to give the oil time to discepate before you load it up again, that is not smart. Stick with the glutes, nothing wrong with that spot and also minimal pain. avoid sticking the same spot though throughout the week
Wow, I was doing ED between 8 sites, 2 is not enough.
Do you rip off your scabs EOD? Thats what you are doing, and if you dont let your body heal this irritation can bring about cancer at the worst. Its like getting a tan and not stopping, you have to let the body heal itself.
You should rotate between 6 sites if doing shots ED....quads, delts, and glutes. As a nursing student these are really the only sites you should be using. If your quad hurt you likely did it in the wrong spot....do some research. Quads are actually one of the easiest and least painful spots to inject anything.
Q for ya...how much are you injecting each shot? This could impact things but regardless ED switching delts WILL inevitably lead to scar tissue or fluid build-up & an abcess...which you DO NOT want.
In my limited experience I've been rotating delts, quads and tri's. Next cycle I'll use glutes also, but I only have 5/8" and 1" pins, and since I have plenty of padding on my posterior, I think a 1-1/2" would be the best choice.
So far, only the tri's have concerned me. It is the only site that swelled slightly, and turned red for a couple of days. I injected 1cc, and you could see a bump directly below where I shot.
I guess maybe since I used a 5/8" pin. I injected into the outer head, and I am very lean there, so I sort of doubt it. I do have trouble relaxing it, so I figured the problem was either that or the fact it is a relatively small muscle. I get a feeling the next time around it will react better.
shit i am confused now...I got a 10ml bottle of test at 250mg/ml
so that would be 1 cc ?No that cant be right..
My syringes are 3cc and i am going to do 250mg shots e4d for 11 weeks.
Hey bro.. try the triangle: if you curl your arm in front of you and reach under the delt where the tricep delt and brachialis meet. Press around until you find a pocket under the skin, then inject into the pocket------- WHAT A RUSHHHH!!
You want to inject where the muscle is pretty thick. I actually go a bit low on the delts by preference, but never so low that I'd shoot between my delt and bicep.

Looks like you were right Rabbit. Triceps came up in my rotation and I used a 5/8" into the left tri. Same thing. Several hours after the shot it looked slightly swelled, turned red, and was sore to the touch. Next shot, I used a 1" pin into the right tri. No problem at all. I found that odd because I am very lean around my tri's but apparently 5/8" just wasn't deep enough. Good call.

OK, damn I read about some painfull sound'n( pecs, lats ,tris injects) shit up in here !ha ha ha! I have hit my delts, and quads. GR knows ,I don't play that ass shot thang.Made tha mistake of hit'n my calfs with 127mg of tren, Needless to say I found God that day! ha ha! Unlike you big guys ,I'm kinda small 156lbs and I'm super hard or so it seems ,it takes forever gett'n tha damn needle thru even in new spots, so I know it ain't scar tissue. Quads seem to be the easist and least painful even wit Tren. As far as time off cycle, Try 30 minutes to an hour ,or you could take a really long break like overnight, Fuck it!!ha ha ha ha!! Peace and Love!
