Hey i was just wondering i generally consume around 1000 calories for breakfast. I generally just have like 2 cups of oats and about 300ml of milk and 2 scoops of whey protein and i blend it up. Is this too much in one go and is it ok to consume liquid breakfasts most of the time? (I should probably point out that i am 17 and 5'11 and weigh 209lbs and generally consume 3000 calories a day.) Thanks guys.
