Hey guys. I am about 5'10 and 230 pounds. I am overweight so I am looking to cut down on my body fat primarily. My question is will the amount of fruit I eat get stored as fat? I know fruits are healthy for you but I also know that they are high in sugar. I usually eat about 2 celmentines in the morning with breakfast and either 2 - 3 cups of grapes or watermelon with dinner. Is this alot? I have done the math and with the other things I eat through out the day I am at about 1000-1100 calories a day.

If if fits in your macros then you're fine.

With that said, you are not eating enough food. Why did you decide to eat 1100 calories each day?

well it wasnt really by choice, I sort of just ate and it came to that amount. I have made myself more busy by going to the gym more so I just dont eat as much.

Sounds good.

I see you want to lose some fat. You're in a deficit but unfortunately your deficit is far too aggressive. Additionally, the 1100 calories isn't going to last for too long.

Take a look at the link in my signature to get an idea of how to set up a more reasonable diet.

Try to up your calories to 1600-1800. How can you even function on 1100 a day? I take that much in daily from protien shake alone.
