so i have been doing a simple push-pull-legs routine on a mon-wed-fri....
however i have started cycling into work every day mon-fri and this works out at about 60 miles a week, the thing is come friday my legs just feel shot! and not able for a workout! should i just push through this and do it or are my legs getting enough(i`m thinking no) with the cardio. i was also thinking if i switched my leg day to mon or wed that it would ruin my cardio for the week as i just wouldnt be able for it!?
