This morning, I did the following for my legs workout:
Leg Presses: 1x15, 1x10, 3x8
Squats: 1x12, 3x8
Deadlifts: 4x8
Hamstring curls: 1x15, 1x10, 3x8
Seated calf raises: 5x10
Back extensions (roman chair), 2x20
Am I doing too much in one workout? I'm thinking the presses, squats, and deads in one workout might be too much.
