I decided to take an "Intro to Weight Training" class this semester at school. I got to the class and the teacher told us that we would only have about 30 minutes to lift each day at the most. .......It takes me usually 1 to an 1 hr and 30 min. to lift. So if I took this class I would have to start my workout then continue my workout 12 hours later at the gym I go to after school. That won't work. Is there any way I can make this work, or should I drop the class and take some easy phy ed. class?
I'm thinking about going into school early tomorrow and talking to my dean. I was thinking of telling him that I take lifting seriously. It is my only sport, I quit sports because of injuries to my back. I was going to tell him that I take lifting seriously and it takes me over an hour to lift. And telling him how it would make no sense to go to a class to lift 30 minutes when I could just lift at a gym and get real work done.
