I decided to take an "Intro to Weight Training" class this semester at school. I got to the class and the teacher told us that we would only have about 30 minutes to lift each day at the most. .......It takes me usually 1 to an 1 hr and 30 min. to lift. So if I took this class I would have to start my workout then continue my workout 12 hours later at the gym I go to after school. That won't work. Is there any way I can make this work, or should I drop the class and take some easy phy ed. class?

I'm thinking about going into school early tomorrow and talking to my dean. I was thinking of telling him that I take lifting seriously. It is my only sport, I quit sports because of injuries to my back. I was going to tell him that I take lifting seriously and it takes me over an hour to lift. And telling him how it would make no sense to go to a class to lift 30 minutes when I could just lift at a gym and get real work done.

How many times a week do you go to this class? The reason I ask is because you could incorporate some sort of split and let the class work for you. For instance; let's say you go to this class two times per week. On the first day you could do nothing but quad exercises and on the second day you could do nothing but hamstring exercises. Then hit your other body parts at your regular gym. Just a thought.

30min is possible.

See if you can change your schedule.

Do cardio.

It might be possible, but it is a small gym with 30+ students in it. The teacher designed Wednesdays to be ALL CARDIO days. So I can't do cardio everyday.

The class is every school day. Its my 1st hour class. I was kind of thinking about doing that ALBOB but the teacher was talking about making us record our workout plans. So if he sees that I just did 1 workout all day my participation, work ethic and skills grade will go down.

Sounds like shit dude. IMO, I would drop it and find something thats worth my time.

Yeah I might have to try. Knowing my fucking bad luck the only class left will be a Cooking class or something.

If that's the case then the teacher is a dumbass who doesn't know shit about lifting. Dump the class QUICK.

I will see what I can workout with my dean tomorrow.
