Isn't one of the rules for the Crips and other gangs "Blood In Blood Out"? Therefore Tookie would have had to have been killed by a fellow Crip to officially be out of the Crips, proof that he was still bangin' while on Death Row. That and he looked pretty damned healthy so I'm sure he was getting favors while in prison and that would indicate he still had relations with his gang since thats one of the first survival rules in the clink is to affiliate yourself with a gang. So even if he tried to make joining gangs in the free world sound bad he still remained loyal to his while in Prison which is what I think keeps most gangs going is the thought that:

"Hey I'm probably going to end up in Prison so I'd better just get with a set while on the outside so when I do end up inside I don't have to worry about whos gonna have my back."

There's a big anti-death penalty current in Europe. I don't believe that the death penalty exists in any European country.

So if your in Europe and say...rape an 8 year-old girl and then kill her, the worst you'll get is life in prison.

So Europe has pretty much given up on justice.

I thought the death penalty was meant to act as a deterent and guess what- it doesn't make any difference as murders are as high as ever in the US.

The misguided freaks drew some curious looks, as they proclaimed his innocence; clutching his books.

The tears then flew out from Sarandon\'s eyes, as she nominated him again for the Nobel Peace Prize.

The actors were tethered to an ACLU sleigh, all towing the line of the urban decay.

On Asner, on Penn, on liberal cop-haters, On Sharpton, on Jesse and other race-baiters.

Then at 3:01 all curled up like a beetle, Tookie cried like a biT!! as they gave him the needle.

When up from the actors there arose such a cry, they had failed in their mission, and Tookie DID DIE !!
I heard Bill O\'Reilly say, as I turned out my light, Merry Christmas to all ... there was justice tonight !!

2. To kill brutally or inhumanly.

No, we are not "supporters of murder". Tookie was not murdered. He was executed, there is a difference. I posted a few definition's of murder since you wanted to make up your own.

I found the most shocking statistic to be that he was only the 13th person to be put down since the law was reinvoked in California the 70's. Let's get it going on.

Hollywood stars should be banned from the following: marriage, soap boxing political opinions and pimping new exercise videos. They are people that have become famous and somehow "influential" by being told where to stand, what to say and how to look, by others. Why should you be influenced by them?
