Torem PCT dose?

Im running some 4AD right now with some superdrol (my love!) so the gains are probably nothing like running 500mgs of test, but i bet the sides are just as, if not, worse than test. I have some Torem and femara on hand. I thought i had all my ducks in a row when i began but i've been seeing some goofy numbers for torem as PCT as i've been researching lately.

thus, what is the standard for PCT?

Reasons for torem:
(1) Nolva makes me depressed as hell moments after i take it on cycle and off. Torem doesn't seem to, at least when i've taken it out of gyno paranoia.
(2) The garden needs some regrowth that nolva doesn't seem to give from previous cycles.

Take your nolva doses and multiply them by 1.5 to 2 for your toremifene doses. I would avoid the femera.

For the most part I am. I only got it for extreme gyno emrgencies. lMe, Paranoid? yes. lol

Unless, I'm missing something? Did a new study come out or something?
