I've gotten to meet some neat people here on the site that have great stories of weight loss and overcoming years of bad habits. I know everyone is deifferent, but how long did it take you to achieve your goal weight and what was your total loss. I know some set their goals to put on size and muscle, but for this thread I'm more interested in fat loss since thats what I'm here for right now. I'll start.
My goal is 190lb and 10-12% BF. I figure it should take me roughly 12-18 months to accomplish my goal. I am just about three months in now.
