11 sec isn't that fast for a man. I ran a 10.8 in high school and I wanst even that fast compaired to the guys at state. At 11 sec. you are about world class pace (and defenitly up in the world class pace in the womens). Are you being serious with that time?

If he never trains and is out of shape and still can run 11 sec then he might be world class if he gets in shape and trains with the propper people.....but my guess is his buddy timed him so it could be 11.9 or more......you need a sanctioned meet to really know what your time is.P-funk said:really, I would think 11 sec could take you pretty far if you did that and you were "unfit".
